Privacy Policy
Percentyle is a free, personal CAT preparation tool. This policy explains what we store and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in, we store your email address so we can identify your account and let you sign back in. Sign-in is handled by Supabase, our authentication provider.
- Your study data. So your progress follows you across devices, we store what you create in the app: your error log, test history, practice results, bookmarks and notes. This is tied to your account.
- Local data. To keep you signed in and remember your preferences and in-progress work, we use your browser's local storage. Much of this stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
We do not collect more than we need, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
The AI assistant
When you ask the in-app assistant a question, your message is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a reply. Please don't include sensitive personal information in those messages.
Where it's stored
Your account and study data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and transmitted over encrypted connections.
Your choices
- You can view and edit your study data any time inside the app.
- You can clear local data by signing out and clearing your browser storage.
- You can ask us to delete your account and its data — email hello@percentyle.in.
Children
Percentyle is intended for adults preparing for the CAT. It is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as the tool evolves. The date above shows the most recent change.
